Research On Quality Chain Application Of Precast Concrete Construction Project

Since the precast concrete construction has many advantages,such as short construction period,high material utilization rate and less construction waste.In recent years,people in all parts of China began to promote the use of precast concrete buildings in order to accelerate the modernization and industrialization transformation of the construction industry.At present,the usage of precast concrete already has already have a certain scale in our country.But the implementation of precast concrete construction projects requires many units to cooperate and complement advantages from each others.The quality chain management theory is a modern quality management theory,which studying the management mode with multi-organization and multi-factor synergy.Introducing quality chain management theory into the management of the precast concrete construction projects will help to improve the quality management level of the precast concrete construction projects in our country.Based on the research of quality chain theory and precast concrete construction in China and abroad,this paper has fully considered the characteristics of quality management of precast concrete project based on quality chain theory,we defined the concept of quality chain of the precast concrete project after analysing the basic concept of quality chain theory.On the applicability,the connotation of the quality chain of precast concrete project is elaborated.we found,the key factor of the precast concrete construction project quality chain success lies in the coupling effect analysis of quality chain node.This paper introduced the concept of quality chain coupling and the precast concrete project quality chain coupling,thro ugh the concept of coupling in physics science,classified the coupling effect of quality chain,and focused on the coupling effect between node enterprises.After that,this paper analyzed the mechanism of quality chain coupling effect From operation linkage and resource sharing.Then analyzed the collaborative working mechanism of precast concrete project quality chain from the aspects of interface management,organization coordination and management mechanism,in order to resolve the conflicts of culture,quality target and benefit distribution among enterprises in the chain.This paper analyzed the influencing factors of quality chain operation.And explain how the synergistic effects being used in the project planning stage,the project design stage,the component producing stage,and the project construction stage.Then it studies the index establishment and evaluation process of the performance evaluation of the precast concrete project quality chain.Finally,taking a project in Daxing,Beijing as an example,to analys the application of quality chain theory in practical engineering projects.In this paper,the quality chain management theory is applied to the quality management of precast concrete construction projects,and empirical research is carried out,which provides a new idea for the quality management of precast concrete construction projects.
