Study On The Quality Management Of Concrete Pumping Construction Based On Quality Chain

Concrete pumping technology can realize long distance transportation of concrete and greatly improved the construction efficiency of casting concrete.While concrete pumping construction is related to the cooperation of multi-technology,multi-unit and multequipment,the quality of concrete pumping construction would be directly or indirectly affected by the quality of each elements and their cooperative work,and in some case,the concrete pumping quality accident will be caused and the project construction schedule and construction project quality is affected.Therefore,studying on the quality management for concrete pumping construction based on the quality chain has important theoretical significance and engineering application value.Firstly,the current research of the concrete pumping construction characteristics and the quality management is introduced in the thesis,the quality formation process and quality management elements of concrete pumping construction are analyzed,and a quality chain for concrete pumping construction is built based on quality chain throry;Secondly,the quality flow between the processes of concrete puming construction is analyzed,and combined with the quality of the process itself,the influence of the previous process on the quality of the next process and the process quality diagnosis system,the process capability index of is used to diagnosed the quality of the concrete pumping construction process,and then the quality problems of concrete pumping construction are identified;Finally,combined with the quality chain of concrete pumping construction and information flow,the quality information characteristics of the concrete pumping construction are analyzed,and the quality management information chain of the concrete pumping construction is constructed,the degree of information chain coupling(DICC)method is used to measure the coupling degree of the quality management information chain in the concrete pumping construction,and suggestions of the information management are put forward.The unqualified construction process can be found out and construction quality information can be mastered in time through studying the quality chain of concrete pumping construction in the thesis,and the targeted control measures are put forward to prevent the occurrence of construction quality accidents,it also can provide reference for the construction enterprises to formulate quality management system of concrete pumping construction.
