Research On Construction Quality Management Of Fair-faced Concrete Structure Construction Of Rongcheng Children’s Palace

Fair-faced concrete can form a natural surface layer composed of the internal stripes,textures and the carefully designed Zen joints,open joints and bolt holes before construction.It is a form of expression of modern architecture.Rongcheng Children’s Palace uses fair-faced concrete as the main material for structural engineering which makes the overall effect of the building harmonious and unified.The fair-faced concrete structure project has a huge volume and a complex and changeable shape.At the same time,due to the many quality management elements and large fluctuations of the fair-faced concrete structure project,the mutual influence of various elements will cause various chain reactions which will affect the quality of the project.It is required to have an efficient and practical quality management plan.By clarifying the functional requirements,construction site selection and environmental protection requirements of the Rongcheng Children’s Palace project,the design concept and structure selection of the fair-faced concrete structure were determined.Under the technical standards of engineering design,the brainstorming method is used to initially identify the quality management elements,and then the Delphi method is used to further distinguish the quality management elements.After multiple rounds of research,statistics and summary,the quality management elements of the personnel,processes,raw materials,mechanical equipment and construction environment are quantitatively analyzed using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each quality management element.Based on the calculated weight results,comprehensively considering factors such as engineering resources,quality,safety and construction period,the corresponding overall quality management plan is established in a targeted manner,and the quality management level of each participating unit is improved from the main aspects of engineering quality personnel management.According to quality management Plan,organize all units participating in the project to formulate specific implementation rules and implementation standards,carry out quality control in accordance with the construction progress,and ensure that the quality management plan is practical.Safeguard measures have been formulated from various aspects including standardized management,rules and regulations,and technical guarantees to ensure the smooth implementation of the quality management plan for fair-faced concrete structures.Combined with the actual situation of the research object fair-faced concrete structure of Rongcheng Children’s Palace,a set of scientific and complete quality management and implementation guarantee plans are drawn to provide a reference for the same type of engineering construction in the industry.
