The resource which can affect the project progress,the project time limit and the project cost is extremely important as for the project.If the resource planning is unreasonable,the Project schedule and investment objective may be out of control. Aviation industry is a large manufacturing industry which is highly advanced and sophisticated, technology-intensive and financing-intensive, its product is composed of thousands of mechanical parts and the resource demand is huge.Therefore, optimizing resource distributing is a key problem for aviation product project management. Particle Swarm Optimizer (PSO) is a relatively new population-based optimal algorithms developed by James Kennedy and Russel Eberhart in 1995 under the enlightenment of behavior of insects, animals herding, birds flocking, and fish schooling. In PSO, a member in the swarm, called a particle, represents a potential solution which is a point in the search space. The global optimum is regarded as the location of food. Each particle has a fitness value and a velocity to adjust its flying direction according to the best experiences of the swarm to search for the global optimum in the n-dimensional solution space. PSO has many advantages, such as simplicity in concept, easiness to implement, global search, robustness and independence of problems.Based on previous studies, this paper combined with China Airborne Missile Academy ## topic, and the characteristics of the project for air weapons, the balanced optimization of aerial weapon equipment project resources is studied by PSO.the main research works are as following five chapters:1) The first chapter is the introduction which mainly introduces the background and significance of selecting the topic, research at home and abroad and the main contents of this paper.2) In the second chapter, the principle, parameter settings, evaluation function, convergence conditions and algorithm process of PSO is studied.3) In the third chapter, the balanced optimization of aerial weapon equipment project resource is studied by PSO.4) In the fourth chapter, presented China Airborne Missile Academy X factory optimize production scheduling system's principle and architecture based on PSO, and initial implementation.5) Finally the fifth chapter is the sum-up and preview of the research work in this paper.
