Study On Optimization Of Cost Management In Implementation Stage Of HGG Project

With the rapid development of the construction sector,general construction has witnessed unprecedented developments.In a highly competitive market environment,it is essential to increase the competitiveness of the overall construction company,and the scientific methods of project cost management not only provide project cost control,but project profitability can also increase the competitiveness of the general engineering company.Project cost management is particularly important for general contract work in connection with project development.This paper first introduces the definition and content of project cost management and the definition and characteristics of project cost management,and expounds the main tasks of each stage of project cost management in detail,project cost management is the management and control of the whole value flow of construction project,which extends the cost control to the whole process of construction project management and optimizes the whole process of construction project cost management.Secondly,this paper analyzes the problems of cost management of HGG project in Dalian,and finds out the reasons that restrict the universality of cost management of current project.Finally,based on the problem analysis and the existing project cost management theory,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to realize the project cost optimization from the aspects of consciousness,process optimization and system,it will be used for reference and guidance for the cost management of EPCM projects in the future.First,in the process of project decision-making management,we put forward to carry out "feasibility and non-feasibility" two-way demonstration system to ensure the scientific and effective project investment.Second,in the project cost management goal determination aspect,has established the cost management goal method based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm.Third,in the process of project cost budget management,it is put forward to establish a scientific budget plan by means of “target-result oriented” and subdividing the project work structure.
