Construction as one of the important pillar industry of economic development in our country,in developing fast in recent years,making an important contribution for the economic development of China.However,along with the continuous expansion of the construction project,the management difficulty also will increase,because of the lack of effective management of construction project,lead to waste of resources,quality problems,problems such as inefficient,caused a widely criticized in the industry.In national policy tightening,China's economic growth slowed and the external competitive environment under the condition of continually changing,how to promote the efficiency of construction enterprise management to promote effective,has become a core issue in the development of construction industry.This article first has carried on the decomposition to the content of the engineering project management,realize the refinement of the aim of the project,generally,the architectural engineering project management cost,quality and progress of the three basic goals,North America and the American association of project management on the basis of increased the risk of the project scope,organization,integration,six goals,purchasing and communication,on the basis of the nine goals formed the basic framework of the knowledge management system.But no matter how many management elements,in the life cycle of the construction project,how to realize relative balance of cost,schedule and quality triangle combination,can achieve the optimal execution effect still is the basic goal of the construction project management.Therefore,this article on how to optimize construction engineering project management efficiency of this problem,the paper focuses on optimizing cost,quality,progress on these three goals,to simplify,the construction of the three basic goals out study alone,avoid excessive factors causing lengthy article,chaos research lines.In addition,in the study of this article USES literature research,case analysis and model analysis,such as multiple research methods,and influencing factors of the connotation of the efficiency of management,the content and characteristics of engineering project management are analyzed,and on this basis,using the theory of value engineering to the management of cost control,progress control and quality control in the process of three aspects: to establish the objective function,through the use of particle swarm algorithm,optimization model for construction project schedule-cost-quality.Finally,the bengbu specific case analysis and calculation of a certain complex building,through sensitivity analysis,the validity and rationality of the model was evaluated,to further verify the research results in this paper.This paper conducted the research,through the analysis of engineering project management,and to determine the reasonable goal of the project,the implementation of the optimized allocation of resources,and effective control of construction project cost,schedule and quality,provide certain reference for the application of engineering practice,for subsequent optimization of engineering project management efficiency to provide theoretical thinking and basis.
