| As the development of science and technology and industry, many users with a high degree of automation are increasingly sensitive to power quality. Any power quality problems may result in a decline in product quality, and even pause in engineering work, consequently cause an immeasurable loss to customers. With the improvement of power quality, it can reduce network losses, improve equipment life, and reduce power production accidents. Power quality is directly related to the overall effectiveness of the national economy, so an in-depth study of power quality is very important.Pollution control power quality and monitoring of power quality can't be separated. As such, accurate and complete monitoring of power quality is one of the necessary means for power quality management. Compared to international standard, the design of power quality monitoring devices in China is relatively backward. Single-Chip Microcomputer (SCM) or Industrial Personal Computer (IPC) is adopted by most of the domestic manufacturers, which has the only advantage of low cost. Compared with the advanced technologies in other countries, these devices have many problems in practical situations.Therefore, this thesis uses the latest Texas Instruments (TI) ARM + DSP dual-core architecture chip - OMAPL138, to design a new type of the power quality monitoring system, it can not only realizes the function of power quality monitoring online by DSP which has powerful data processing ability, but also provides a human-machine interface by ARM and its Linux operating system. It is a high integration and low cost design, so this design is very suitable for practical industrial products.Preliminary test results show that: the hardware and software design of the power quality monitoring device developed by this thesis is reasonable, data collection is reliable, algorithm is correct, then verifies the feasibility and reliability of this design. |
