| "The construction information army, wins the information war", is our army modernization basic duty, which is based on information weapons and equipments. Technology maturity is directly related to weapons development and application. Assessment of technology maturity is to accurately grasp the technology development process; provide the correct information for decision support in the process of projects or technology development; is an important factor affecting technology development. Current technology maturity assessment method has over-reliance on the wisdom of experts, operating cycle is long, costly; evaluation index is single, lack of credibility; data is difficult to obtain, evaluation methods is too difficult, and so on. Aimed at the existing problems, this paper main contents and innovation are as follows:First, research the relationship between the technology and the corresponding literature. This paper from the technology development and technology literature growth model starting, in-depth study of the relationship between the technology development and its corresponding literature, and put forward the vertical offset( ? ) and horizontal offset(? ) to describe, in order to resolve the inconsistencies between the technology development and corresponding literature, lay the foundation of using the technology literature to assessment the technology maturity.The second is based on Technology Breakdown Structure (TBS) to build Technology Maturity Multi-Dimensional Assessment Model (TM-MDAM). According to TBS theory, decompose the complex systems or technology to specific sub-technology, and rank them in order of importance, based on the different precision of evaluation, use the sub-technology within the certain weight as the assessment index. In the specific database, collect the literature data of selected sub-technology, through a series of derivation and operations, and ultimately build a TM-MDAM.Third, based on the S-curve knowledge mapping classify the technology maturity level. What kind of technology maturity in the state to do what decisions? Technology development which point of the S-curve or the area considered mature? When introduction of a technology, we need to select the technology of what maturity level? And so these questions, all in the course of the study were answered. We present the first Investment point, the second investment point and the investment transfer point, and according to the three important points to classify the stages of technolog development. Finally, this paper achieves a TM-MDAM to assessment the technology maturity.Fourth, take the Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System as an example to verify the rationality of the model. To present the latest applications of Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System, for example, based on the technology literature data to verify the feasibility of the model, find the current maturity value of the Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System, and map the Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System technology developing knowledge mapping. |
