The Research Of Safety Factors And Assessment System In Historic Protection District

Historic preservation district is a precious historical and cultural heritage of China's cities. Under China's historic preservation-related research going, historic preservation laws and regulations of China are improved gradually, the content of historic preservation district is developed in the breadth and depth of the content of the two dimensions largely. However, in recent years, accidents and disasters of historic preservation district usually be happened and caused severely damage to the protected neighborhood and historic preservation district, a large number of precious historical relics and heritage buildings disappear from the historic preservation district. Therefore, the safety study in historic preservation district is very important.In this paper, based on the synthesis of existing research results (including the theory of international research, conservation planning, laws and regulations) and the historic preservation district security analysis, and the disasters, accidents of historic preservation district (including earthquakes , floods and other natural disasters ; fire, shock and other man-made industrial accidents), and the vulnerability of historic preservation district (including the space damage of disasters and accidents in historic preservation district) and the prevention and control of historic preservation district, to sum the safety impact factor in historic preservation district, and the use of analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method in three aspects of building safety evaluation system for historic preservation district: historic preservation district safety risk assessment system, historic preservation district system and vulnerability assessment historic preservation district evaluation system resilience in the prevention and control. Finally, we do some research in evaluation index system built in Fifth Avenue historic preservation district of Tientsin .
