| In the process of packaging production line design, existing enterprises are commonly using completed machines of packaging machinery and equipment which will be put together into a simple product line. They believe that those equipments can reach the desired function instead of a real entire line. In the actual process, the study found that packaging line as a whole, the variety of devices with a good, uniform distribution, coordinated in order to maximize the effectiveness of packaging line to play during production. Relates to the field of product design, continuity of visual style and personalized custom in product family design is still a hot issue of the packaging production line design. These are also the needs of existing enterprises in China.The proposed project seeks to propose a more rational design approach to make product design no longer rely too much sense, or make subjective or initiation design ideas simply by designers themselves. During the process of products changing and styles continuity, if there are too many subjective factors involved in the design process, which will make the products styles, shapes, ideas like rootless water, the design of packaging production line will change quickly. That would have been detrimental to face market challenges, increasing the risk of introduction of new products business. When a uniform style and positioning of the production line changes in design, most existing design methods will use two programs. One is using one designer to design the whole line alone in order to guarantee a unified style. The second way is using a group of teams practice division of labor. Under the auspices of a unified design, packaging production line design is completed by different members of the design of different devices. Then we will make local fine-tuning of the whole production line, so that the whole line of each part harmony complete. However, both options have their advantages and disadvantages. While the first can be a good grasp of the unity of style, but only using single person to complete the workload, the design will be for a long time. The second design method is high efficiency, but it can not guarantee a unified style of each designer are at the same level of understanding. The second style is not as a good degree of coordination as the first one.To solve this problem, the packaging line design style not only can designs in the shape of harmonization, but also can increase the maximum degree of effectiveness. The project will be extracted from the production line packaging machinery in the shape of independent functional elements, as a design DNA. Then using the genetic algorithm optimization, the optimization program will be to build a good human-computer interaction are incorporated in the theory of virtual prototype simulation platform to build a design. Finally we will use multi-level fuzzy network algorithm for design evaluation. The evaluation results will compare with the actual design results of traditional design methods. Finally, it is verified the effectiveness of this method, and obtained a complete design. |
