Due to the rapid population expansion and exhaustion of natural resources,environmental pollution, energy shortages, climate variability, ecological damage andother problems have been a serious threat to human survival and development. Sincethe1990s, China has become the major energy consumer. Especially in theconstruction sector, the consumption of resources is huge. Chinese governmentrealized that the extensive economic development model can no longer continue to becarried out. In order to meet the development needs of present and future generations,the road of sustainable development should be taken without delay. Therefore, how tobuild green, low-carbon industrial park have become a new problems faced by moreand more industrial real estate developers.This study describes the background and research status of the development ofgreen low carbon industrial park in China and abroad at first. As a system engineering,the Hall for Workshop of Metasynthetic Engineering (HWME) theory is introduced toanalyze and research the whole process of the construction of the green low carbonindustry park,the process include the design of Pre-planning,Planning,Architecture,Structure,HVAC, Water Supply and Drainage,Illumination,Electricity, WeakElectricity,Building Materials and so on. And this process also include GreenConstruction, Completion and Acceptance and Green Building Evaluation.This study establishes a model of the Construction of Green Low CarbonIndustry Park based on HWME. At last the study work use this theory to conduct apractice analysis of the construction of Caohejing development zone. The resultsindicate that this theoretical system is complete and effective for development thegreen low carbon park industrial zone and it has actual reference value.
