Study On Applicability Of American LEED Green Energy-saving Certification Standard In The Chinese

This paper reviews the current situation of the development of green building today. And this paper introduces the main domestic and foreign green building assessment system in detail, such as BREEAM(Building Research Environmental Assessment Method) of UK, Green Mark of Singapore, German DGNB(German Susta inable Building Certificate), Japanese CASBEE(Comprehensive Assessment System for Building Environmental Efficiency) and Chinese Green Building Energy Saving Standard GB/T 50378-2014. Through this, introduces American LEED(Leadership in Energy and Enviro nmental Design). LEED 2009, LEED V4, Green Building Energy Saving Standard GB/T 50378-2006 and Green Building Energy Saving Standard GB/T 50378-2014, these four standards were compared from the horizontal to vertical in detail in the paper. And through the discussion and Analysis on the scheme of a construction in Tianjin as the same examples, briefly introduces the differences between America LEED evaluation criteria system and Chinese Green Building Energy Saving Standard GB/T 50378-2014.By deepening the understanding of evaluation standards for America LEED evaluation criteria system. Finally draws the following conclusion: LEED can not adequately respond to our terms with the requirements of the building and the degree of attention; China’s "Evaluation Standard of Green Building" is a comprehensive, detailed assessment of green building not like LEED. China’s "Evaluation Standard of Green Building" need to improve some items that LEED has given the definition while China’s "Evaluation Standard of Green Building" hasn’t.
