With the progress of science and technology, the rapid development of industry of lithium ion battery quality also put forward higher request. Home and abroad have lithium ion battery testing mentioned an extremely important role. Lithium ion battery quality directly influences the stability and reliability of the electronic products. An efficient, stable, precise and reliable lithium ion battery test equipment has the extremely vital significance.This article through to the lithium ion battery test of the index analysis, according to the present test have the problem of rate low, error big, not easy to operate, etc., and puts forward a operating system ofμC/OS-Ⅱand ARM processor composed of test plan. This project fully make use ofμC/OS-Ⅱoperating and real-time system and ARM processor excellent control ability, not only solves the battery test system for a task scheduling problem, also realized to measure the parameters of the battery quality accurate testing.Firstly, in this paper, on the basis of the proposed scheme to LPC2138 processor as core, adopt PWM for battery put in the process of implementing control, designing the current battery charging and discharging circuit and designing the battery resistance test circuit with the four-wire measurement. In the hardware designing, also completed the battery voltage, current signal acquisition circuit, signal regulate circuit and upper and lower level computer communication circuit design.Secondly, in software, for facilitating program of debugging and improvement, with modular thought, it completed the battery charger, discharge software modules and design battery overcharge and put software module. It gives corresponding flowcharts, and through embedding ofμC/OS-Ⅱreal-time operating system, realizing a test software module of management and scheduling. Using Visual Basic6.0 completed PC interface design, thus in the upper machine, so as to realize the function of battery charging and discharging curve, data records and test results show etc.Finally, this test system, the qualitative check branch of verification, accord with "GB/T18287-2000 cellular phone using lithium ion battery total norm" test requirements, the paper presents the design of test system with high accuracy, good reliability and quick speed, convenient operation, easy to large-scale production and marketing.
