Application Investigation Of Fieldbus In Newly-built Power Plant

Along with Chinese electric power system reform is deepened further, comprehensive digitization for power plant process control has become the inevitable choice. Fieldbus technology is the foundation of digitized power plant, but it has been rarely applied practically in power plant process control, so how to better realize the fieldbus technology application in power plant became important investigation task for power plant digitization.The thesis depends on Huaneng Jiutai 2×660MW Project, it researches filedbus standard selection and application characteristic for process control in power plant; it analyses reliability, real time and other technical requirements of fieldbus technology in power plant; it investigates the current fieldbus application status in power plant; it expatiates on Profibus fieldbus application design for unit system and auxiliary system in power plant; it also analyses fieldbus product selection and fieldbus project cost simply. The project was completed successfully, it proves that fieldbus technology extensive application in power plant is feasible absolutely.
