With the rising level of the national economy, the state of livelihood-related infrastructure construction investment has intensified, and the amount of national "No electricity" residents has reduced to 2 millions. It is expected no later than 2020, China will end completely the history of "No electricity". In the process of power grid expansion which extended to the area without electricity, the electrical equipments have kept increasing, most medium voltage power lines across a large personnel sparse area inevitably, which is widespread the impact of external damage such as near the highways, sparsely inhabited, the complex surrounding environment, vulnerable to theft and collision. Cost considerations for enterprises, medium voltage power grid limited number of patrol staff. Once the power facilities suffered the external damage or even theft, it is difficult to be found by the operating units timely, equipments operation and maintenance management is extremely difficult. Equipments lost and damaged by external forces not only brought the direct economic losses, will also cause the related residential area power outages and business discontinued of some enterprises, seriously affecting the normal production and life of residents. At present, only a small amount of electric power facilities at home and abroad for anti-theft devices. The author is in Changchun power Supply Company which has also purchased such products for electric power facilities security, but the effect is not ideal. And it is widespread the phenomena of misstatement and omission due to alarm trigger conditions as unreasonable and unstable power supply, and the equipment was not available after the theft of the specific whereabouts of the suspect, not conducive to the detection of cases. Through market research and literature review towards the domestic and foreign similar products can be found that automotive anti-theft devices in similar products are functional rich, reliable performance, and part of the vehicle anti-theft device can be transformed through a series of power facilities to meet basic security requirements. For this, According to the shortcomings of existing anti-theft device, put forward by use of the infrared detection, power monitoring, vibration monitoring, and GPS coordinates change as the criteria of the power facilities destruction. Through the simulation and the field trial run, adjusting the means of monitoring, verification of the monitoring each other's alarm trigger conditions to reduce the risk of misjudgment and omission. Integrated anti-theft devices designed to alert the scene, live video capture, and device location tracking modules, to deter criminals, collecting evidence and case detection of the scene to provide a more adequate basis to judge. In determining the anti-theft monitoring means, to design the hardware and using part of the molding equipment for economic analysis to choose anti-theft devices structure mode. Finally, through the analysis of economic operation and the practical application effect test to determine a set of device the value of investment and feasibility, and draw conclusions.
