Vibration analysis has been done to deal with the abnormal jitter of all-terrain crane and the damage of transmission and engine landing leg.The cause of vibration and general categories and usual processing method has been analyzed.Based on multi-body dynamics software ADAMS, parametric model of all-terrain crane has been built, the axle, the body, steering linkage, suspension system, tire, hydraulic assistance and hydro-cylinder have also been modeled, and optimization design to the steering linkage has been done in this paper. The engine multi-body dynamics model has been built based on ADAMS/Engine, simulation analysis to the engine has been done through the building of the engine landing leg.Engine suspension system resonance frequency and modal have been calculated to the engine assy. The optimization results have been compared with the results of the original vehicle.Mount components of the engine and the engine assy were tested. The test results are in accordance with the experimental results. That indicates the correctness of the simulation.
