The Countermeasure Research Of Chinese National Park Urbanization

With the quick development of urbanization in China, the national park is also facing the urbanization problems inevitably. However, the concept of "national park urbanization phenomenon" in this paper and the concept of "the urbanization" in urban planning discipline cannot be equivalent simply, both are related to and different from each other. This paper take our country national park phenomenon as the research objective point, to its phenomenon characteristic, advantages and disadvantages, interest subject, dynamic mechanism carried on dialectically, objectively analyzes, established the dynamical mechanism mode of the national park urbanization phenomenon. Taken the regional coordination theory and the sustainable development theory as the instructions, this research want to establish the national park urbanization phenomenon countermeasure system on the planning and design level. Finally, with the author's plan and design practices, utilized the above countermeasure system in the practices applications, has proven this countermeasure system feasibility.The national park urbanization phenomenon, its essence is the prominent contradiction of the resources conservation and the utilization. As a result of the Chinese special national condition, in the national park, the protection and the development is dialectic relationship. The protection scenery resources is the national park development premise, national park development in turn provides the powerful support for the scenery resources conservation, the key found the protection and the development balance point. Facing national park urbanization phenomenon this thorny question, planner should not avoid the questions, complain the legal system and the management system are imperfect constantly. Therefore this paper based on technical level, under the existing management system, proposed the feasible countermeasure and suggestion to solve the national park urbanization problems.
