Xining 11th Five-year Plan Period Green Space Sysetm Present Situation Investigation And Analysis

This paper combines with the methods of landscape ecology and the research on the construction and utilization of green space. We analyze the current situation of greenbelt ofXining on the basis of the data collection and investigation, and adopt some index such as landscape diversity and the distance index of the green space. Xining is located between the north and south mountains of Qinghai-Tibetan plateau, which is the part of Qilian Mountains. The Huangshui River flows through the city from west to east. The highest altitude of the urban area is 4934 meters, and the altitude of urban centre is 2261 meters. Xining belongs to the typical mainland plateau climate. Major features are the low pressure, long sunshine, little rain, strong solar radiation, and big temperatures different from day to night, short frost-free period, long freezing time, and it is neither cold in winter nor hot in summer. Xining becomes a summer resort of China for its unique and beautiful scenery. Now, it causes some problems because of the development of industry, the limited geography scope like the shrinking of the urban grass area, uneven distribution of the green area, and the disharmony of green land construction and urban development.Green plants of all kinds of Xining City, the census to census results, based on the urban area, the vertical structure of green plants, species mix, species richness and species diversity were studied. The use of landscape ecology principles and methods of analysis of urban landscape pattern of quantitative analysis and the results of the study area based on the green patch composition and pattern of evaluation.But now, the green land construction of built-up area is good as a whole. The green rate is no less than 30%, green coverage rate 36.8%, and per capita green area 8 square meters. And there are kinds of plants in the built-up area, different type plants in different landscape.The green rate in sub environment is higher than in the overall situation; the green area of park is large in size but small in quantity. And it focuses on western part of built-up area (Chengxi District of Xining City). It shows that the uneven distribution of the green area in park, but it can satisfy the human's requirement in cultural activities, and it gets the good social evaluation.
