Planning Research Of Ecology City Based On Integration Of Multi-planning

City is the product of human civilization,in today's is moving towards ecological civilization,if a city is ecological and livable,is one of the important problems about human well-being.In the new historical period,optimize the urban living environment and building a green ecological city,as long as taking the path of sustainable development,is an important subject to research on the current.This paper introduces multi-regulation integration,the ecological green,and the urban management theory,combined with green ecological city urban current situation,in order to solve the difficult problems in the process of building or planning to launch more rules fusion function and promote to construct green ecological city,and then analysis in the study of spatial planning system in China from multi-regulation is divided to different fusion rules has become a necessarily,of the many rules social and economic background,analysis of launch planning system in the future of the economic and social development,the necessity of multi-regulation fusion;Combined with the present situation of the planning system in our country,summarizes the current our country to gauge the advantages and disadvantages of fusion system,multi-regulation depth fusion guide is deduced,the rise of green ecological city and the main characteristics,combined with international experience of building ecological wisdom city,through the east is an eco-city,Shanhetun forestry planning,case analysis,sum up the experiences of green ecological city planning.(1)Urban governance includes content such as city planning,urban construction,urban management,urban planning has significant properties,among which public policy is an important part of urban governance,and green ecological city is the goal of urban governance model,and intelligent planning is an important means of building green ecological city.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the construction of green ecological city through general problems,and introduces the application of multi-regulation fusion to solve the above problems,and gives a brief introduction to the multi-regulation fusion.(2)The planning model of green eco-city was explored through the analysis of the planning project practice of the Dongfanghong forestry bureau and the Shanhetun forestry bureau.Based on project planning and design of the overall orientation and resources as the basic conditions analysis,the specific planning and design was made a plan respectively from the land use and spatial layout,traffic system,the energy utilization,water resource utilization and ecological environment control;In the planning of Dongfanghong eco-city,the analysis and application of the measures to deal with the problem has been made through the multidisciplinary integration and coordination;The introduction of the concept of wisdom in the construction of green ecological city is conducive to promoting the deepening of multi-regulation integration and playing an active role in urban governance.(3)The paper proposes to solve the problem of green ecological city construction through multi-regulation fusion.This paper puts forward some practical suggestions on the construction of green eco-city from the aspects of perfecting legal system,constructing basic data and constructing crossdepartmental working system.
