| Developing deep-sea oil needs a large number of high-tech engineering equipments, and the underwater flange bolts connecting tool is a key one of a series of equipments for pipeline connecting, the function of the which is connecting deep-sea flange and ensuring tightness of the connection. The researching subject derives from the great national "863" project "Research on Tie-in Techniques for Deepwater Pipelines and Nationalized Technology of AUT Inspection Equipments", which is one branch of "The Key Technologies and Equipments of South China Deep-sea Oil and Gas Explored and Developed". This thesis focuses on finishing the design of key structures of underwater flange bolts connecting tool, which will provide technical support and practical experience for deep-sea engineering prototype in the future.Mainly used equipments of deep-sea flange connecting in the world were summarized in this paper, and the international and domestic development of the underwater flange connecting tools were introduced. The general scheme of the underwater flange bolts connecting tool was proposed according to the project plan and the technical requirements of flange connection. The key structures were designed and analyzed, and the three-dimensional structure models were established, thus verifying the feasibility of structural design. The function of the underwater flange bolts connecting tool was divided into the outer frame, the internal base frame, the bolt magazine, the nut magazine and the tension magazine.The keyt structures of the underwater flange bolts connecting tools were studied, including the motion analysis of magazines moving along the pipe axis and turning along the flange edge, and the interference Checking of movement mechanisms. Ensuring the reliability of structural design, the strength and stiffness analysis of the interface box, the outer frame and the main plate of the internal base frame et al were conducted, whether the deformation within the required was checked.Finally, on the basis of the mechanical structural design, the hydraulic and controlling system of the underwater flange bolts connecting tools were analyzed and designed. The hydraulic models were determined and the controlling system with PLC as central element was adopted. |
