High power density, high reliability and high stability is the goal the modern power electronic power converters continuous pursuit, with the rapid development of switch power technology, they developed a variety of different forms of converter. DC/DC transform technology as the key switch power technology, but also the foundation of the development of switch power technology, other various forms of commutation circuit are made by DC/DC transform circuit evolved, DC/DC transform circuit is the circuit thata group of DC electric parameters can transform into another group of DC electric parameters can, it can complete the following functions:DC amplitude transformation, DC polarity transformation, DC circuit impedance, used in DC motor speed, DC welder, electrolytic electroplating power supply, switching power supply, power factor correction and so on.In the actual amounts of applications, it need transformer isolation switch converter, in order to realize DC segregation between the converter input and output.Now generally high-frequency isolated transformer type of dc transform technology realize isolation, when need high pressor or step-down transform ratio, isolation transformer application could allow converter optimization. By choosing appropriate transform ratio,it can exert on switch tube and diode on voltage or current stress minimization, so as to improve the working efficiency of the converter, and to reduce the consumption.Double-barreled forward converter as a major power electronics power converters, due to its low stress switching voltage, resistance to bridge legs intrinsic direct ability strong, have been widely used in communication power supply, the welding power, computer power supply and many fields.Based on double-barreled forward converter, this paper expounds the circuit topology of double-barreled forward converter, analyzed the basic principle of double-barreled forward converter, on this basis, developed a new double-barreled forward converter, realized switch tube work occupies emptiescompared exceeds 0.5, also made the switch tube with a softA single cycle control technique is applied to double-barreled forward converter, using a single cycle control technology could make the switch variables in a switch cycle accurately with the given value, so as to improve the system of dynamic and static characteristics. On single cycle control technology load regulation performance of weak shortages, a single cycle combined with PID control strategy will be put forward.Applying the improved single cycle control technology to new double-barreled forward converter, the system of converter voltage, load and given parameters are analyzed and researched, the results of the study indicated that the system had a good dynamic and static characteristics and strong anti-interference ability.In order to validate the theoretical analysis and the simulation of correctness, this paper separately carried on the hardware design for the whole system of the main circuit and control circuit and built double-barreled forward converter system experimental platform, in system experimental platform carried on the experiment, and the experimental results were analyzed. Experimental results showed that the theoretical analysis and the simulation research was correct.
