| The development of special conditions bearing test rig is expounded in this thesis in order to design and manufacture a dedicated test rig which is used for developing and producting a special condition's bearing. The bearing is a kind of non-standard rolling bearing. And it is the key components of some equipment which is still in the developing stage. Whether the equipment is stable and reliable depend on the performance of the bearing. The special working condition of the bearing is that it works in a high temperature steam environment, and asked to reach a high speed and great load condition from a static condition within0.6s.Its highest working speed-9000rpm and largest load-400kN is more than twice as the rating of the equal size and same type bearings. Because of the particularity of the equipment in structure and application, it is struggle to find suitable substitutes; therefore, we must design a dedicated bearing. The load of bearing is similar to an impact load, and the traditional bearing fatigue experiments could not supply it with favorable criterion. As a result, we need to consider the particularity of its load to design specialized testing equipment.The research of the special working condition bearing test rig is base on the structure of some large bearing rig, prime mover and part of the transmission mechanism, and aiming at the special working conditions of the bearing to design new transmission mechanism, loading mechanism, implementation parts implementation, and it is a dedicated system that is able to independently assembly or remove. Because the large bearing rig is also to make bearing accelerated and loaded in a short time, its load's form is similar to a impact load. After the principle trying calculating, we consider that its prime mover can satisfy special working load bearing rig requirement.The major study of this thesis includes the following aspects:Analyze the requirements of the trial modes and the function parameters of large bearing rig. Finish the principle calculating and the design scheme of the special working condition bearing test rig. According to the highest speed in bearings trial mode, we design the driving mode and transmission ratio of the booster engine, also, analyze the transmission process of the booster engine; According to the maximum load in bearings trial mode, the loading process of the loading units is analyzed; Respectively analyze the working condition of the flywheel, clutches and brakes those are respectively located in the booster engine or the loading units; Use dynamics method to analyze the change rules of the speed of the bearing and friction wheel in the transmission process. Expound the design of main function components in the special condition's bearing test rig. Use linear damage theory to design the test of contact fatigue life of the key bearing part-friction wheel. Use the finite element software to analyze the strength of the main parts. Using the Lab VIEW to write a program to control single axis, complete the test-rig's acceptance test, and analyze the test curve. Analyze the tested curves of the samples of bearing in the running-in experiments, and summarizes the problems during the experiment, and bring up solutions. |
