| Nowadays,with the development of industrial technology,the accuracy of instruments is getting higher and higher.Therefore,in order to improve the yield of products in the production and processing of parts,non-destructive testing will be added to the production process.Bearings are used to support the rotating body to reduce the friction coefficient during rotation,and the requirements for accuracy are relatively high.In order to ensure that the inner and outer rings of the bearing are free from scratches,missing processes,and processing dimensions,such as appearance quality,after the inner and outer rings of the bearing are processed,non-destructive testing is required to remove defective products.Therefore,the research on the inspection method of the appearance quality of the bearing ring is very important.In this paper,a method of eddy current inspection for the appearance quality of the outer ring of the bearing is studied through the finite element simulation combined with the experiment.The specific research work is as follows:Chapter 1,the origin and development of eddy current testing technology and the research status of eddy current testing modeling and simulation are summarized.Combining with the research background of non-destructive testing of bearings,the important research significance of eddy current testing methods for bearing outer ring appearance quality is discussed.Chapter 2,the basic principle and main influencing factors of eddy current testing are summarized,the structure,detection signal and signal detection circuit of eddy current sensor are analyzed,and the simulation model of eddy current testing is established in combination with ANSYS finite element analysis software.Chapter 3,the influence of the parameters of the eddy current probe on the detection signal is analyzed,and the parameters of the eddy current probe are determined according to the experimental requirements.A multi-probe eddy current testing scheme for the appearance quality of the bearing outer ring is proposed,and a simulation experiment on the appearance quality of the bearing outer ring is carried out according to the detection positions of different probes in the scheme.Realize the quantitative analysis of different appearance quality problems.Chapter 4,based on the principle of eddy current testing,an experimental platform for eddy current testing was designed in combination with laboratory equipment,and related modules were selected.The eddy current testing experiment and the collection and processing of testing data for the bearing outer ring are realized.Chapter 5,the eddy current testing experiment platform is used to verify the eddy current testing simulation experiment results,and the multi-probe testing method is used to detect the leakage process and scratch defects,and the obtained threedimensional data is clustered and analyzed.According to the result,it is possible to locate the defect type through the inspection data. |
