The quality of bearing parts surface is an important factor that affects the bearing performance. And the existence of the stain will make the service life of the bearing greatly reduced. At present, ultrasonic cleaning method and spray cleaning method are the main methods of bearing cleaning industry in our country. There is a lack of methods for key position cleaning such as raceway cleaning methods. This paper proposes a method which could let inner and outer raceway of bearing parts being scrubed while the bearing parts in the condition of rotating. This method can apply to180-420mm height to diameter range of95-180cylindrical roller bearings without remodel regulation.This article embarks from the cleaning principle and removing methods for different cleaning methods. Compared the advantages and disadvantages of each type of cleaning method then determined the cleaning process. The research completed the overall design and the design of the key modules with modular design method. This paper research on the stress in the process of bearing positioning, and the bearing of which involves positioning and roller brush positioning accuracy is analyzed, the effectiveness of the positioning mechanism is verified. Through3d design software-Solidworks to solid modeling cleaning machine structure, as well as the theoretical calculation of key parts. Finite element model is established by using Hyperworks software. After that, the structure size optimization design is carried on with the OptiStruct software. Positioning accuracy has improved significantly after application of the cleaning equipment. Bearing cleanliness, on average, each bearing a maximum by20%, compared with the similar roller brush cleaner production efficiency more than30%.Although cleaning technology and cleaning machine for different products have much difference in principle and structure, but the ultimate goal is broadly. The purpose of this article is through the study of different cleaning technology, analysis the advantages and disadvantages of various cleaning methods, and gradually determine the cleaning principle and the structure form of bearing cleaning machine, finally developed a suitable for the requirement of the market, with high automation level In view of the bearing inner and outer raceway cleaning bearing parts washing machine. In addition, these studies may also provide some ideas for the advantages of its development.
