The Research On Two-phase Interleaved Planar Passive Intergration In VRM

Planar passive integration voltage regulator module is integrated in the planar magnetic voltage regulator modules developed from the basis, is a special kind of magnetic coupling, time-varying non-linear power electronic converter switch. Since the introduction of passive integration technology, passive integrated modeling is the basic unit and the converter voltage regulator module focus of the study and difficult problem. Thus the new passive integrated units diverted to the voltage regulator module to study the high power density, high-performance voltage regulator modules planar passive integration will have important theoretical value and practical significance.This study includes the following three aspects:First,The study of magnetic device itself, the integrated modeling of magnetic and inductor and capacitor (L-C) integration, using the magnetic circuit - the circuit of the two pairs of dual-phase magnetic model building integrated model to optimize the design of planar passive integration;Second, an analysis of the L-C passive integration approach and the cascade approach, drawing on an integrated planar EMI filter model to study the multi-layer flexible ribbon helix L-C integrated model for the planar passive integration provides a research model.Third, in theory, research-based, integrated passive components for the design, simulation and experiment, experiments show that the passive integration greatly improve the steady-state characteristics of voltage regulator modules, improve transient response speed, while greatly reducing the device the volume of electronic equipment in line with the "short, small, light, thin," the development trend of experimental studies have shown the correctness of theoretical research papers.
