Based On Green Concept Of Highway Construction Scheme Selection And Management

At the end of 2010, national highway reaches 74100 kilometers, ranking second in the world. The rapid development of expressway realized the trans-provincial transfixion, strengthening the major regional economic exchanges. With the rapid development of expressway construction, highway construction management must reach higher requirements.Put green concept of harmony blend into highway construction management process is the highway development tendency. But at present, the lack of standardized in China highway management mode, and the natural ecological environment and social environment suffered terrible neglect.This paper through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign materials, for highway construction project management systematically analyzed and studied. According to the problems in highway construction,such as the comprehensive transportation network is incomplete, insufficient consideration of environmental impact in the planning and design stage, the ecological environment and natural resources has under great pressure during the course of highway construction, highway transportation environment needs more protection during use stage. To solve the above problems, put forward the theory that the green concept into the whole process of highway construction project management.And through summarizing the research development of scheme selection theory, a program selection model based on fuzzy neural network, and a system of evaluation criteria with green, environmental protection, harmonious and sustainable development as the guidance was established , through engineering examples to verify the methods of practical, operability and convenient.Through the environment of highway construction projects, and points out the green benefit evaluation of highway construction comprehensive benefit and long-term advantages for introducing green concept change people brought by the "high cost", which makes one-sided understanding to develop and maintain the green building become people consciously action. This article established scheme evaluation method of fuzzy neural network for highway design and selection will provide reliable reference choice, has certain practical value. The highway construction project management under the guidance of green concept has certain theoretical and practical significance.
