Research On Contractor Selection Based On Green Concept

Before the implementation of the sustainable development strategy,there are many behaviors that cause harm to the environment in the construction industry,such as the destruction of land resources,water pollution and energy waste,which need to be optimized.In the construction project,the contractor has the absolute right of discourse and construction command.In the construction process,the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction mainly depends on the green construction ability.In the selection of contractors,domestic researchers have been using the previous contractor selection solutions,but pay no attention to the evaluation of green construction capacity,resulting in the actual effect of green building can not be reflected.Therefore,it is urgent to formulate a systematic contractor evaluation system under the guidance of green construction concept.In this paper,through the investigation and Research on the green construction factors of the selected contractor in the process of green construction,combined with the research situation at home and abroad,the basic problems such as green construction concept,green construction,green construction capacity,green construction ability evaluation are elaborated.Then,according to the previous scholars’ research,questionnaire survey and national green construction related standards,the evaluation and selection index system of contractors based on green concept is constructed.Finally,by using analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive analysis and other methods,the contractor selection system based on the concept of green construction is constructed.Taking n project as a case,the selection evaluation model is applied,and the application effect of the evaluation model in the actual project is discussed and analyzed.It is found that the green construction capability evaluation system of green contractors can comprehensively consider various indicators of each relevant contractor’s ability index,and can conduct comprehensive analysis through mathematical calculation,and establish the advantages and disadvantages of the Contractor’s green construction ability,and the operation is relatively simple.The green contractor evaluation and selection system studied and applied is very good in the n project It has strong practicability.
