With the development of integrated circuit technology, power electronic technology and control technology, the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) as executive component is widely used in the numerical control machine, robot system and industrial control, the high accuracy servo drive system. This paper studied the PMSM vector control system, which is value apparently and will provide certain reference value for industrial application.The permanent magnet synchronous motor is a multi-variate, nonlinear, strong coupling object. So, in order to achieve high control performance, need to realize decoupling of motor variables. First, this paper analyzed three different kinds of mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, and through the transformation relationship among the three model, obtained the coordinate transformation for the process of decoupling motor, which derived the essence of vector control. Vector control is to use coordinate transform. Achieved that the permanent magnet synchronous motor is equivalent to the dc motor, which can be realized torque current and excitation current control alone, then realizing motor torque or speed the precise control. Through the analysis of several different current control method of vector control, it is concluded that advantages of choosing the id=0 control model. In this article, the id=0 current control method was usded. Used the special motor control chip, TMS320LF2812DSP, from TI company, to form control minimum system. And then used sensors detect motor current,speed and rotor position information, completing parameters feedback. Through used the current loop and speed loop to realize the double closed loop motor control system. On how to improve the performance of the PMSM control system, the paper theoretically further studied, and also designed a new adaptive neural fuzzy (ANFIS) speed controller to realize speed loop control. By full using of learning ability and mapping capability of neural network, realize self-learning, self-adaptive function for fuzzy system. The simulation showed that the control effect, comparing with the traditional PID control, are not only response fast, overshoot small, and very high teady precision.In the last of this subject, according to the design principles and idea, set up the hardware experimental platform of the control system of. Based on DSP corresponding characteristics and hardware system, designed the control software. On the basis of the both realization, the comprehensive test and operation work have been done. Test the current waveform and speed follow features of the control system, and made analysis and evaluation. The result showed that the motor vector control algorithm had been realized successfully. And the system has a good follow precision, attaining the expected results.
