At present, the production of light conveyor belt is costly and inefficient, and it is polluting to the environment and has a poisonous effect on workers in China. This paper combines with extrusion-laminating production technology and the structure characteristics of light conveyor belt, applies the extrusion-laminating production technology in producing light conveyor belt, and studied out the first extrusion-laminating production line of light conveyor belt in China. This production line is of high-efficiency, high automation, low production cost and is free of contamination, which has a unique advantage in producing wide light conveyor belt and food-grade conveyor belt especially.According to the patent of light conveyor belt extrusion-laminating production technology and the work content of design, installation, commissioning of the production line, this paper introduces the production process and the main equipments of the production line in detail; summarizes the possible quality problems of the composite products in extrusion-laminating molding process and the possible causes of these quality problems, and takes a depth research on the control of the production line's process parameters based on these quality problems and possible causes; analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the light conveyor belt extrusion-laminating production technology.This paper also uses the FEM software ANSYS12.0/LS-DYNA to simulate and analyze the roller embossing forming process of light conveyor belt. It establishes nonlinear explicit dynamic FEM analysis method of light conveyor belt roller embossing forming, and studies the key technology and key parameters settings of the simulation analysis process. According to the simulation result, it studies the influences of extrusion quantities, rolling temperatures and rolling velocities on the filling result, geometric shape, plastic deformation development situation and residual stress distribution of the roller embossing forming part through analyzing the forming process of a single finger, the X-Displacement curve of the node, the thickness(X) direction displacement field, the effective plastic strain field and the effective stress field, which is important to cognize the mechanism of light conveyor belt roller embossing forming and has an important guiding significance to optimize the mould shape, process parameters and improve product quality.
