Hybrid electric vehicle is new energy vehicle,it is the main development direction, the motor controller is a highly efficient hybrid vehicle electric drive high-performance core devices. In this paper, hybrid vehicle for the study of permanent magnet synchronous motor, motor controller hardware and software system design.Firstly, a car with a permanent magnet synchronous motor and its controller as the core of the car with permanent magnet synchronous motor application status, in-depth study of space vector control theory, and vector control involves to the coordinate transformation is deduced. Second, this research strategy for permanent magnet synchronous motor control to MTPA and id = 0, id <0 Several control strategies based, the current size, dynamic response, steady state response and so on. According to theoretical studies and calculations, system modeling in detail the difficulties of vector coordinate transformation module and the SVPWM module. In the simulation, and id = 0 for MTPA control strategy of the two studies were compared, according to the simulation results obtained MTPA control strategy id = 0 control strategy is superior to the conclusion. Third, the theoretical study and simulation experiment based on a hybrid electric vehicle with permanent magnet synchronous motor motor controller hardware and software. That the core control system, technology for permanent magnet synchronous motor control system, can achieve excellent control performance and efficiency.
