Microprocessor Quasi-Synchronization Device is a kind of power system automation device which is widely applied in power plant and substation. Quasi-Synchronizing parallel process is a close process of control circuit breaker when the phase-angle difference equals to zero considering that the voltage difference, fre-quency difference between the system side and staying paratactic side satisfy parallel condition. In order to fully combined with the demands of engineering practical ap-plication. This article mainly aims at the research and design for hardware and soft-ware of the Microprocessor Quasi-Synchronization Device. Furthermore, analysis and design the methods of accurate measurement of the synchronized parameters and the capture of parallel time.Theoretically, this article mainly discusses the principle of quasi-synchronization, measurement and real-time prediction methods of synchronized pa-rameters of Quasi-Synchronization, calculating method of leading angle and closing waiting time and capture method when the difference of phase is zero. As for the hardware design, the paper puts forward the overall design scheme of hardware de-vice, and adopts modularization design technique. In addition, it particularly intro-duces the design procedure and design technique of A.C. converter circuit, commu-tate and filter circuit, Microcontroller connection modules, the hardware connection frequency/phase-angle measurement modules, A/D conversion module, memory ex-pansion module, switching valve input module and photoelectric isolating output module, and function of related components are also introduced. For the software, together with the hardware circuit, Microprocessor Quasi-Synchronization parallel Device designs the parameter measurement procedures, Quasi-Synchronization con-dition judgment and service procedure, voltage and frequency adjustment procedure, RS-485 background communication program and RS-485 panel backend communi-cation program, LCD display and key procedure.This design device can control 10 synchronic objects at most. Each object can choose difference frequency, same frequency, or non-pressure parallel with corner function. During difference frequency parallel and same frequency parallel process, the device has the function of alarm, atresia and close brake when the system and the unit voltage and system frequency are too high or too low.
