Power industry is an important industry in livelihood of common people. Facing complex production and management situation in grid, the grid staff needs to understand a variety of information in power grid timely and comprehensively, among the information real-time data including active, reactive and load is the most critical part, which reflects the real-time status and health condition of the grid. However, real-time data with large amount of data changes fast, and it is uneasy to be displayed. With Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) as a format of power system wiring diagrams and geographical wiring diagrams to show real-time data dynamically is a kind of effective way. But among the current scenarios, there are some obvious deficiencies, such as key information is not prominent; the data is "passive" real-time; network transmission consumes heavily, etc. They cannot meet the actual demand.This article starts from the application of real-time data in power industry and study related real-time data dynamic display technology relying on the building of transmission and distribution equipment status visualization and intelligent management platform. The article implemented grid real-time data dynamic display system based on SVG. With electrical wiring diagram using power SVG technology as a carrier, real-time data and the corresponding historical data can complete dynamic presentation. In order to highlight the key information of various monitoring themes and the insecurity state, the article designed the pattern of division thematic layers and configurable alarm policy. At the same time the system changed the passive response into active push by using server push technology that improved the real-time feature of data and reduced the amount of data transmission. J2EE is the architecture of System, which provides a good mechanism of stability, portability, flexibility, and easy-maintainable. The achievement of article has been used in transmission and distribution equipment status visualization and intelligent management platform, and toke a certain effect. The application shows that the users can grasp the data of interest timely by that the dynamic displayed of grid real-time data, and make targeted surveillance, finally improve work efficiency, which also verify the correctness and validity of the conclusion in the article.
