The Research Of Characteristics And Technologies Of Urban Ecological Residential Communities In KunMing City

With constant development of our society and economy and accelerating urbanization, the housing industry is of unprecedented growth, effectively solved the living problems caused by the city expansion, and made important contributions to promote the economic growth. However, just like the extensive mode of industrial growth, architecture and the real estate development had cost a lot of resources and energy, paying too much attention on the quantity growth and ignoring the environmental protection. In the context of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, the ecological residential area in which energy and information can be efficiently used, resources and energy will be fully conserved, people live harmony with each other, is undoubtedly a Inevitable choice for the development of housing industry.On the basis of defining the relevant concepts of ecological residential area, this paper firstly studied the development situation and those successful cases of ecological residential area at home and abroad. On this basis, the ecological factors and evaluation systems of city's ecological residential area were analyzed and compared.Followed through two representative cases of in-depth study, the planning ecological characteristics and ecological technologies for practical use on the construction of residential areas in Kunming were discussed and summarized.Finally, conclusions were got and the related issues which should be paid more attention to and further studied were come up with. Meanwhile, the paper gave an optimistic forecast and outlook on the development trend of overall ecological residential area and put forward the responsibilities which planners and architects should undertake.
