Building energy saving play an important role in the emission reduction in China, but there are many quality problems occurring from time to time in building energy saving engineering weakening the effect of energy saving building and worsening residential environment and engineering staffs are troubled by this. Therefore, it is very necessary to identify the common energy efficient building quality defects of cold area and to explore preventive measures and treatment methods. Based on this research, some suggestions are given for the key part of energy saving engineering. Besides, numerical simulation is carried out.1,Heilongjiang Province, Harbin, Qiqihar, Jiamusi, Mudanjiang, Daqing and several other key cities is chose as the typical research, for the common wall, windows, roofing, ground works building energy efficiency, with analysis and design drawings, site photos taken, material sampling, infrared measurement means, this paper carry out an extensive field investigation and research work. Through research found that the design, construction and quality of materials and other aspects up to twenty common problems in building energy efficiency, and called for that treating the parapet wall not continuous, without making an extension of underground heat treatment effect on energy saving building design issues as the quality problems. Based on this research, firstly some suggestions are provided for energy efficient building.2,After analysis twenty common problems, we found that quality of walls and windows energy-saving projects occurred frequently, and the window and wall junctions were key areas of the building energy saving engineering. Therefore, the design and construction process analyzed respectively for window and wall junctions. Based on the analysis of the existing construction methods, the paper proposed three improvements:â‘ Through improving polyurethane foam spraying process, the junction of the window wall to cut the foam insulation is avoided, assuring the structural integrity of insulation here closed.â‘¡Improving forms of window frame fixings. What the Improved form can resolv the original fixed chip unilateral fixed and easy to produce thermal bridge problem.â‘¢We propose improvements on structures of two common window and door openings and remedy method.3,Simulating the steady state temperature of the transformation of the connection window and wall around the hole design condition to obtained the temperature distribution within the wall, proved that the improved form has increased.Finally, after simulation analysis of improved form non-steady state, shows the distribution of wall temperature variation outside under the temperature in the room periodically over time changed conditions which means the improve form satisfies standard requirement and have superior thermal performance.
