In recent years, the energy-saving building in hot-summer and cold-winter areas has had a great development. It has a far-reaching significance that how to control the quality of construction projects, ensure the effect of energy-saving and improve the thermal environment indoor. This thesis finishing classified the examples that quality issues occurred in the energy-saving building. On the basis of relevant research of home and abroad, according to the climatic features and construction practices, the thesis analyzes quality problems in energy-saving building envelopes on energy saving performance, mainly in energy-saving effects, the use of safety and durability. And on the basis of previous studies, its raises control measures that against the energy-saving building in hot-summer and cold-winter areas in the design, materials, construction and so on.Details are as follows:1)Under the quality problems of energy-saving building in hot-summer and cold-winter areas, the thesis analyzes the main factors that impact the quality of energy-saving buildings.2)Researching the impact that "Thermal Bridge" in energy-saving buildings to the energy-saving effect and the using functional, and proposing that it's should take "appropriate control" principle to "Thermal Bridges".3)Calculating and analyzing in instable heat-transferring of external walls in the solar radiation to propose that in summer, the impact of cooling building surface color on indoor's comfort is larger than K value of external walls in hot-summer and cold-winter area.4 ) Setting up mathematic relationship to compare heat radiation to heat transferring based on temperature difference of external windows in summer, the thesis proposes that insulating in summer should control radiation of mainly in hot-summer and cold-winter areas.5)The thesis researches the wall of damp heat transfer process of energy-saving building, and proposes the advise to air-conditioned building anti - condensation on the external walls of the structure.6)Through checking on the expansion of the external walls of thin polystyrene board plastering anti-vacuum system, the thesis proposes construction method of pasting tiles on insulting layer base on engineering practice.7)According the previous studies, the thesis summarizes the measures to prevent surface cracking of thin plaster external wall system in hot-summer and cold-winter areas.
