| In recent years, the development of the stabilized platform not only play a more and more important role in the design of aeronautics, voyage and national defenses, but also in the civil area, such as detect of geology and control of environment, etc.This research focuses on structure design and static analysis of three-axis platform. The thesis includes three parts below:Firstly, the domestic and overseas development of platform-framework is introduced, and the best structure of the framework is chosen by analyzing the structure and capability of several platforms.Secondly, the structure design of prime frames is accomplished on the basis of the overall project design. Based on results of calculating about restriction and loads to the platform when it is working, the driver and detecting devices such as motor and encoder are selected based on results of calculating about restriction and loads to the platform when it is working. At the same time, key parts are calculated and checked in the system structure.Thirdly, the framework of the platform is analyzed by the finite element method. According to the results, the modified design scheme of platform can be evaluated by solutions of the structural optimum design.At last, the three-axis platform is analysed by the dynamic simulation method. According to the results, conclusion that the motors satisfy the requirements was drawn. |
