Based on the characteristics that it is difficult for a large building component to make actual testing mechanical structure properties, this paper puts forward to the method of analysing structure properties of model test beams with the continuous and multi-point loading. On the bases of the understanding of research and application status of domestic and overseas relevant tester,it first puts forward the method of structure model specimen tester of shunt and multi-point loading and control with electronic-hydraulic proportional control.,and carried out analysis and research.Based on learning about the working principle of electro-hydraulic ratio control system, the performance in the dynamic and static states of hydraulic components in loading system has been analyzed deeply. Multipoint loading shunts electro-hydraulic ratio control system has been determined as hydraulic system of testing machine, According to the condition of test site, stress and strain analysis has been conducted to experimental beams. The flexivity and comer change situation of experimental beams at load has been calculated by material mechanics knowledge. The deformation of experimental beams at load can be seen directly by finite element analysis. In this paper, PLC is adopted to control loading system of testing machine. Based on learning about working principle and characteristic of PLC, software and hardware parts of loading system have been studied deeply. As to hardware parts, the connection type of each device and PLC has been analyzed, and corresponding diagram has been designed; while in software parts, programmable control system of loading system has been studied, the emphasis of which is explaination and analysis of STEP7-Micro/WIN software,and electric hydraulic control system has been simulated by Simulink software. Meanwhile, it has verified the feasibility and rationality of continuous component structure test scheme by the successful trial of multipoint loading shunts testing machine.
