Research And Application Of Electric Acquisition And Control System Based On Intelligent Charge Controlled Watt Hour Meter

With the increasing level of intelligent power grid in China,it is imperative to realize the intelligent collection and management of power information in distribution network,which is of great significance to comprehensively improve the intelligent management level of distribution network.Combined with the existing power marketing platform,using advanced network communication technology and big data resources,the construction of power acquisition and control system based on user terminal intelligent fee control meter is a technical innovation of power marketing management,which greatly improves the work efficiency and service level of power supply department marketing management.Therefore,the development of electric energy acquisition and control system for power supply department is the inevitable demand of the development of power system.This paper takes Donghe branch of Baotou Power Supply Bureau as the research platform,puts forward the realization and application of remote electric energy acquisition and control system based on Intelligent fee control meter,designs the overall scheme of electric energy acquisition and control system,studies the hardware design of terminal intelligent fee control meter in electric energy acquisition and control system and the software development of the whole system,and applies the designed electric energy acquisition and control system in practical engineering.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper introduces the related theories and technologies in the power acquisition and control system,including the basic theory of line loss management and the basic theories of local and remote channel communication,such as RS-485 communication,optical fiber communication,GPRS,micro power wireless special network,power carrier communication and terminal acquisition technology and data type.(2)The overall framework of the power acquisition and control system is proposed.The intelligent fee control meter measurement module,communication module,Wi Fi module and other peripheral circuits based on ADE7758 chip are designed.The software flow of intelligent charge control meter is given,including the electric energy measurement process and data real-time processing flow.The basic theory and related process of marketing system based on cost control strategy are proposed.The distribution network loss analysis and calculation flow based on the acquisition control system is constructed.(3)The system is applied in Donghe branch of Baotou Power Supply Bureau,including system operation management,data operation management,line loss management and report management.The application results show that the system can realize the analysis and evaluation of the end user’s energy consumption,the real-time monitoring of the operation data and the summary and analysis of the data collected by the terminal.
