Research On The Power Grid Planning For Guixi City

This paper is based on the requirement of social and economical development of Guixi city, made the 2008 to be standard year,2009-2012 to be objective year, according to the interrelated documents, directed to the<the technique principles to development and transform of Urban Distribution Network>, and so on, it analyzed and elaborated to the present situation and question of Guixi distribution network, combined theory and experience which I had been learned, made the development question of 35KV and under distribution network to be a important research. In the research course, I adopted Moving Average method, linear regression method, Index Smoothness method etc. to get the Load Forecasting, analyzed the forecasting results, brought up the electric network development goal and plan in few years coming, and corresponding measures.
