Monitoring And Control In Electric Power Remote Monitoring And Control System Information Model And Security Mechanisms

With the development of economy and society, people put forward higher request for the power supply system. For the electric power industry department, it is the first considered question that how to ensure the quality of power supplyment, and insure the safety ,the reliability and the economical efficiency of the the power system operation.Electric power remote measurement and control system can improve the quality and reliability of the power supplyment ,and the economic index of the power network operating. But at present, the monitoring data organization and management of the remote terminal unit in the power remote monitoring system still have considerable shortages,and Network communication is easy to appear on a message eavesdroped, falsified or faked and other network attack. According to the shortages, this paper designed a kind of reasonable and efficient information storage and access monitoring information database and a theoretical model based on public environment of network security mechanism solutions unit far away, and developed the corresponding distance unit application software, realize the safety of communication message transmission between the remote terminal unit and scheduling center distance. This paper mainly completed work include:(1) The designment of monitoring information database (MNIB), organizating and storaging effectivly for monitoring objects. Monitoring information database uses the tree layered structure for storaging the monitoring object information, has some advantages such as consuming smally the memory resources of the remote terminal unit, storaging speedly data access and others, and does not depend on the hardware structure of the unit equipment, makes the distance unit with good compatibility and interoperability.(2) According to the possible security threat from the use of network communication of dynamic terminal and control center, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of data encryption and news demonstrating algorithm in the information security mechanism method commonly, the double security mechanism from DES data encryption and HMAC news demonstrating can prevent a message eavesdroped, falsified and other network attack, improve the security of monitoring data transmission.(3) Based on the hardware unit principle of HT2000 e,the actual Remote Terminal Unit, e real-time tasks remote terminal unit unit was designed, and completed the designment and development of the monitoring information database and the software module unit from the communication protocol,as the remote terminal unit Sec etal based on the security mechanism.(4) According to the electric measuring billing Remote Terminal Unit structure, the Remote Terminal Unit test platform of HT2000 e remote terminal unit was built, through the the message communicated experiment between remote terminal unit and small host,the subject tested and analysised the application software function of the e remote terminal unit and the safety of communication and message.
