| Electric power project construction as an important guarantee of power supply,with the continuous expansion of the scale,its construction cycle is also more and more long,in this long construction stage how to carry out scientific and effective management of construction schedule risk is always an eternal issue in the risk management of power engineering projects.In recent years,in order to ensure the construction progress of electric power projects and reduce the delay in construction progress,China’s power project managers and research experts have also put forward a series of management techniques,methods and measures,although some results have been achieved,but the situation is still not optimistic.The main reason is that there is a coupling effect between the risks of different factors in the construction schedule system,which can greatly improve the harm degree of risk,and the existing risk management methods and techniques,the single factor risk is generally managed separately,so as to realize the management of the whole construction schedule system of electric power engineering,which can not effectively reduce the coupling effect.Therefore,the research on the risk management of construction schedule of electric power project based on risk coupling theory is of great research value and practical significance for improving the effect of risk management of construction schedule of electric power project,reducing the incidence and delay loss of construction schedule accident of electric power project.Taking the project of Thermal power generation project with complicated construction in electric power project as the research object,this paper studies the factor composition,cause mechanism,measurement model and management strategy of the risk coupling of power project construction schedule by using the methods of evidence-based science theory,accident cause theory,capacity coupling theory and capacity coupling coefficient model:first of all,Based on the basic concepts and characteristics of construction schedule risk of electric power project and Electric power project,this paper defines the meaning of risk coupling of construction schedule of electric power project by introducing the concept of coupling and risk coupling,and expounds its types,elements and characteristics,and secondly,on the basis of consulting the relevant literatures,from man-made,equipment and Environment and management Four aspects of the design of the questionnaire,through the questionnaire obtained by statistical analysis of the data information,refining the factors of risk coupling,and then,based on the accident trajectory crossover theory to study the multi-factor risk coupling mechanism,put forward a multidimensional risk coupling of the cause model;Based on the extensive integration of many risk coupling measurement methods,a measurement model of the risk coupling validity of construction schedule of electric power project is constructed,and an example is given to verify the scientific nature of the measurement model. |
