In recent years,the development of polymers such as polymers is more and more rapid,Has been widely used in many fields,such as national defense?chemical industry?automobile manufacturing and even our proud aerospace industry,Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the performance of polymer polymer materials,A rheometer is a tool for measuring the properties of a variety of materials,Capillary rheometer is one of them.The capillary rheometer is similar to that of many materials during processing,Can not only measure material viscosity,but also study the elasticity,Therefore,the capillary rheometer has been widely used in the market.With the development of science and technology in China,The automationdegree and control accuracy of capillary rheometer are increasing constantly,Faster,higher sensitivity,better stability,and more powerful,these are the technical requirements of the capillary rheometer in the new era.And temperature as an important factor affecting the accuracy of capillary rheometer,should be taken seriously,PID control is the temperature control method used in most temperature control,It is characterized by simple structure easy to understand,easy to implement,and can eliminate the function of steady state error,However,the defects of PID control can not meet the requirements of temperature control,On this basis,a more intelligent temperature control algorithm combined with capillary rheometer is proposed.After summarizing the various intelligent temperature algorithms and the work process of the whole instrument,fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm is proposed,This algorithm can meet the requirements of fast response,zero overshoot and small steady state error.Combined with the algorithm,the capillary rheometer was designed,Implementation of software and hardware parts,The hardware includes the construction of the whole structure,the selection of main control circuit device,circuit design,etc,software design of basic6.0 programming language,Implementation includes experimental manipulation,data query record saving,and serial communication.Finally,the functionality of the capillary rheometer is verified on the basis of experiments,The accurate control of temperature,the acquisition of various data in the operation process,Achieved the predetermined goal.
