With the development of logistics,automated warehouses become more and more important.As an important transportation equipment in the automated warehouse,the stacker with high efficiency and excellent performance has been gradually favored by people.In this paper,the development trend of automatic warehouse,the development of stacker and the main structure of stacker are described in detail,and then the mechanical structure of stacker is designed and studied according to the mechanical characteristics of stacker.It can provide some reference for the design.The main contents include the following aspects:(1)According to the technical requirements of the logistics equipment,the performance requirements and structure forms of the stacker are determined,and the 3D modeling software of SolidWorks is used to model the stacker.(2)The main components of stacker are analyzed by using ANSYS Workbench,including static analysis and modal analysis,and the results are checked to see if the results meet the design requirements.(3)ADAMS software is used to simulate the movement of the stacker and the movement process of the stacker is analyzed.By using ADAMS software,the velocity of the stacker can be reasonably designed by analyzing the curve of the movement state change of the stacker.
