Oilfield Grid System Of Centralized Control Station Design And Research

Centralized control station is built in power grid dispatching levels, to ensure grid safety, reliability and economic operation. It realizes substation remote management and control by utilizing the modern control technology. Centralized control station is managed by general dispatch system, and realize remote control operation function, its core technology is the realization of four remote functions which is widely applied in power grid dispatching. Combined with oilfield power network status and" oil" power development planning, this paper discussed the necessity of Shengli Oilfield centralized control station construction. The construction goal, construction scheme and construction mode are also discussed in this paper, It can provide exploration experience and reference for the next step for the centralized control station construction.In recent years, with China's rapid development of power grid scale, as well as the computer, communication, control technology, power system operation management mode to also produce major change. State electric company in 1996 promulgated on the establishment of centralized control station file, suggested in power grid dispatching levels established a centralized control station, in order to ensure the power system and the effective operation of unattended substation. Oilfield in recent years has increased the power of technical reformation strength, power loss and the accident rate is reduced year by year, power equipment state had very big improvement, automation level has been greatly improved. However, with the local electric power automation degree compared to the oilfield power network, there is a big gap, especially in the centralized control station building, the local power grid has basically completed the construction of centralized control station, and is still in the initial stage of oilfield power network. This paper aims to draw lessons from a local centralized control station building on the basis of experience, and explore a suitable for Shengli oil field power system of centralized control station construction and management mode, achieve the controlled station remote monitoring, switching operation, accident of exception handling, equipment inspection and maintenance and civilized production overall operation management, implementation of substation management of stratification, classification management, improve the management level of substation operation and maintenance.
