In this thesis, we have researched a full table static and dynamic railway weighing systems. First, we analyze the domestic demands. Then survey advanced weighing technology. Finally an unattended dynamic railway weighing systems has been developed to meet static and dynamic measurement need. We provide a good solution to the efficiency of the weighing problems.We analyze the factors that affect the dynamic weighing system in this paper, depending on the reason for making the appropriate processing. Factors are:air resistance, ground shape, ground geological, the level of driver, the most important is the vertical vibration. At first, the vibration has caused by the uneven surface. Secondly, the train and track coupled vibration. The whole table by the system of dynamic weighing systems analysis and research, the system can be broadly divided into two parts:hardware and software systems some parts. Some of the major hardware system for data collection, environmental monitoring and software support; software system is responsible for some of the major human-computer interface, interactive, real-time control and remote communication. Some of the major hardware system with sensors, amplifiers, AD converters, microcontroller (ARM series), radio equipment, video surveillance equipment, achieves a data acquisition and data communications. Measured physical variables corresponding analog signal modules, RF license plate number of information modules, real-time video surveillance modules, smoke signal module, flooding signal modules, access control signal module, the temperature signal modules will have added their data to the microcontroller (ARM series), the single-chip analysis and processing, then with the program-controlled host. Collected from various modules of the amount to be rectified analog signal filtering, AD converter, then amplified by the Max232 level signal value will be converted into single-chip can identify the signal level. Single-chip pre-programmed control procedures through real-time control and collect data of each module and the corresponding signal processing.
