| Calculation of power load of the library air conditioning system and design of the library ventilation air conditioning system are a very important part in energy-saving design of public construction. According to the actual operational data of the library, energy consumption of ventilation air conditioning system occupied a large proportion of the total energy consumption in the library. It showed mainly in 3 aspects: 1)cold source energy consumption of air conditioner e.g. electricity consumption of cooling machine, steam or gas consumption of absorption refrigerator; 2) energy consumption of water/air transferring system (electricity consumption of water pump and fan, etc.); 3) energy consumption of air conditioning terminal device.Power load calculation of air conditioners is based on data get in the most unfavorable condition. Because power load changes periodically, it determines that under most circumstances, conditioners are working partly loaded. So how to calculate power load accurately, fully consider power load main influencing factors and study power load attributes is a basic work in the library air conditioning design. While the basic work is detrimental to energy consumption level to ensure air conditioning system to work effectively in partly loaded condition.Through in-depth analysis of a library in Shenzhen, the thesis showed operation of air conditioning unit. It found out the variation rule of each specification index of air conditioning system in the library including actual air conditioner power load, temperature difference between incoming and out-going and water flow in water cooling unit, condenser terminal temperature difference, etc. Based on the analysis, the thesis provided reasonable improvement suggestion about design of air conditioner, improvement measure for ventilation air conditioning system in equipment area and feasible energy-saving method for whole system operation. It also provided supporting data for future design of ventilation air conditioning system in the library that will reduce energy consumption to a minimum degree and increase work efficiency of the whole air conditioning system in the library. |
