colleges and universities to meet the need of the development of market economy,is developing along the road to socialization,the enterprise management,many colleges and universities set up logistics group,established the modern enterprise system,has the basic characteristics of modern enterprises,energy-saving management of universities is not only an important guarantee of the normal operation of colleges and universities,but also important management task for logistics group,The work of energy conservation in colleges and universities has been highly valued and supported by relevant departments of the state.With the continuous development of education,the scale of colleges and universities continues to expand,the number of buildings and various energy-consuming equipment also increase day by day,and the energy consumption of buildings presents an increasing trend year by year.According to statistics,in recent years,the per capita energy use of colleges and universities is about 4 times that of the average life energy of the whole society,and the energy consumption of college buildings has accounted for more than 8% of the total energy consumption of the whole society,and more than 80% of the total energy consumption of the campus.The implementation of building energy conservation management in colleges and universities can not only save energy and obtain economic benefits,but also have typical social demonstration and driving effect,which is an important measure for colleges and universities to practice green development.Building energy conservation in colleges and universities is a systematic project,and it is also one of the important work to boost the development of colleges and universities by the logistics system.The energy consumption of university buildings is not only affected by the structure and characteristics of the buildings,the number of facilities and equipment,and the technologies of participating enterprises,but also affected by the use behavior,rest and rest system,seasonal changes,regional differences and other factors,showing the characteristics of complexity,typicality and special regularity.It has always been a difficult problem in energy conservation management.In recent years,under the national vigorously promote domestic logistics group of more than 200 colleges and universities have established the basic energy consumption monitoring system,accumulated a lot of energy consumption data,however,the current domestic energy saving management in colleges and universities,especially the energy consumption data analysis theory,technology and method,and the energy conservation and management mechanism of research and development of green demand and the international advanced level there is quite a big gap,so based on the data driven energy consumption and energy saving management research,not only has a certain scientific frontier and important strategic significance,but also has great practical value and distinct features of The Times.From the data-driven perspective,this paper carries out theoretical research and practical exploration on three prominent problems of energy consumption data analysis,energy saving management system,energy saving mode and mechanism in university building energy saving.Current energy-saving practice action plan with the first pilot vast operation energy consumption data analysis and research,such as heating,air conditioning,lighting,equipment life,such as energy consumption data,which reveals the related data of energy consumption in energy conservation and emission reduction in colleges and universities play a basic role and influence mechanism and the universal law and the necessity,through the analysis of the regularity of the hundreds of millions of energy consumption data,based on the analysis of the data driven system and intelligent system,is applied to the analysis of object,digging the potential of energy conservation,predict the transformation performance,investment decisions and assess the energy saving effect.At the same time,we choose to study the incentive mechanism of the government,cooperative enterprises and universities for the contractual energy mode in energy conservation management,and the research mainly achieves the following results:(1)Construct effective building energy consumption data analysis system.In order to carry out energy saving object selection,energy saving planning,energy saving target determination,energy saving technical standard establishment,energy saving effect testing.By analyzing the characteristics and data of energy consumption in colleges and universities,the gaussian mixture model is adopted for data mining and modeling to obtain the probability distribution of energy consumption in various buildings in colleges and universities.Through cluster analysis,the abnormal state of high energy consumption in buildings is accurately identified
