To ensure that solar cells can work stably in outdoor, an encapsulation material layer should be covered on the surface of the silicon board, it can avoid the destruction from natural conditions such as sunshine and rain, and can extend the life of photovoltaic cell. The traditional packaging method use EVA has some disadvantages such as high cost, Low production efficiency, a big weight, easy to be pollution and mildew, bad aging resistance. People want to substitute lightweight, low refractive, transparency resin for glass.In this paper the two-component polyurethane can be used as encapsulation material of photovoltaic cell. Through orthogonal test design we analysis hydroxyl resin and curing agent and ensure raw materials'significant influence for the packaging material's property. Basic formulation and process conditions were optimized through single factor analysis, and the proper fertilizer and curing temperature were chosen, finally the preparation material were test and characterized.Through the study it can be found that, the effect order about paint film's impact resistance, flexibility, hardness is : hydroxyl resin>reactant ratio>curing agent; the effect order about paint film's light transmittance and haze is: flatting agent>curing agent>defoaming agent>hydroxyl resin. Aliphatic hydroxyl resin and aliphatic curing agent can effectively improve impact resistance and flexibility of encapsulation material. Aromatic hydroxyl resin and aromatic curing agent can enhance the hardness of encapsulation material. The weather resistance of aromatic hydroxyl resin and curing agent is worse than that of aliphatic hydroxyl resin and curing agent.In this paper the basic formula of material was confirmed: :Desmophen651 and Desmophen1100 were used as hydroxyl components. Desmodur N75 were used as curing agent, NCO/OH=1.2. Curing temperature was 60℃-80℃.The dosage of catalyst DBTDL was 0.2%. Butyl acetate, xylene, cyclohexanone were used as solvent, mass ratio was 2:1:1. The dosage of defoaming agent TEGO932 was 0.4%. The dosage of flatting agent BYK306 was 0.4%. Silane coupling agent KH550 was 12%.Through thermo-gravimetric analysis, we can realize that Materials decomposition temperature is 290℃. The surface of packaging materials were found smooth and density under atomic force microscope.
