The Research And Practice On Optimization For Shengli Oil Field Distribution Network In Community

The speed of development of the urban distribution network are closely related with urban economic development and people's production and life. As the development of domestic economy and improvement of material living, the society needs more electricty year by year. Furthermore, it requires higher quality and stability.How to plan the distribution network for reasonable, operation economic, reliable in community is an important issue, especially nowadays the city is through extremely fast development and construction. A new theme is to plan a goal to satesfy the city development.Under the influence of the power market,the distribution network construction and renovation and operation management are all wanted to adapt to the changes in the power market.Therefore, this article on example of shengli oilfield community distribution network reconstruction, in the national power reform background, combining the oilfield community distribution network in quo, ensure the safety and reliability running in oilfield network,on the basis of residential district distribution system construction and retrofit research and analysis. By insisting on grid pressor transformation, the optimization and adjustment driven saving energy consumption, and overall grid overall planning, accelerate the distribution network planning and construction, speed up power grid technology progress and technical transformation, optimize network structure, perfect measuring system, promote technological progress, construct safe and reliable, operation efficiency, reasonable structure of community distribution network, and optimizate the community distribution system from organization, technology, service measures,realize community power supply specialization and standardization. This paper comprises six chapters.In chapter I,the signincance of the thesis,current research works of domestic and foreign, and the distribution network planning are introduced. The second part discuss distribution network optimization and transformation of theoretical basis. The third part to the fifth part to district as an example, respectively from the distribution network analysis, distribution optimizing reconstruction measures for analysis. The main works of the paper are summerized in the last chapter.
