Abstract/Summary:
Direct drive drum washing machine has advantages such as small mechanical noise, low system failure rate, low cost and small space occupation. What's more, having individual design as well as high energy-saving performance, it will certainly become the mainstream products on the market in future.Based on the direct drive drum washing machine, the main work of this paper contains:(1) The overall scheme of direct drive drum washing machine control system is proposed. Direct drive permanent magnet synchronous motor equipped with two hall position sensors is selected as the driving motor; its stator phase current is detected by resistance. DSP MC56F8023 is selected as the main control chip of the whole system according to the requirements of system control performance and current sampling features.(2) In order to solve the problems of in mutual restraint about the accuracy, stability and rapidity of Hall velocity measurement, the improved rotor position and velocity estimation method, improved method-periodic velocity measurement is proposed which improves the stability and accuracy of the estimation results.(3) The hardware circuit of direct drive drum washing machine control system is designed. DSP MC56F8023 is taken as the core chip. Power module, microprocessor and its peripheral interface circuits, smart power module circuit, feedback signal conditioning circuit, communication interface circuit and fault protection circuit are also designed.(4) The software of direct drive drum washing machine control system is designed. The software architecture of control system is designed and the vector control software of direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous motor is also completed.(5) The simulation model of direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous motor control system is constructed. The simulation of its speed loop and current loop control algorithm is finished. For the deficiency of conventional PI and integral separated PI control, one dimensional velocity fuzzy PI and a slip form current controller are separately designed. Slip form variable structure control is more suitable for direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous motor control system.Finally, installed debugging of direct drive drum washing machine is carried out which obtains a better performance in none load tracking and load operating performance, it verifies the feasibility of the drive control scheme designed in the article.
